Together with our partner organization Ineza Burundi, we are building and will operate a maternity and surgical clinic in Bubanza, a rural area in northern Burundi, where we will provide compassionate, high‑quality and affordable maternal and surgical care. Collaborating with both Burundian and international health professionals, we are working to build local skills and create a clinic that can serve our community for years to come.

We chose the name Ineza—a Kirundi word meaning “kindhearted, gentle, and merciful”—to reflect our clinic’s mission to provide a nurturing environment where everybody is treated with warmth and compassion.
